Overview
This guide will help you get started with Powered By Rental. You'll learn how to log in, navigate the dashboard, and understand the main menu sections.
Logging In
When you first access Powered By Rental, you'll be directed to the login page.
- Enter your email address in the Email field
- Enter your password in the Password field
- Click the Login button (or press Enter)
If successful, you'll be redirected to the Dashboard.
The Dashboard
After logging in, you'll see the main Dashboard with these sections:
Getting Started Checklist
Helps new users complete initial setup tasks:
- Invite Team Members
- Set Up System Preferences
- Connect Integrations (Xero)
- Create a Customer
- Create a Supplier
- Create a Category
- Create an Order Item
- Create an Insurance Type
Statistics Section
Shows key metrics at a glance:
- Total Customers: Count of all customer records
- Total Suppliers: Count of all supplier records
- Fleet Items: Number of equipment items
- Categories: Number of equipment categories

Manage vs Creations
Manage is for viewing and editing existing records.
Creations is for creating new entries through guided workflows.
Tips
