Managing Suppliers

Create and manage supplier records.

Overview

Supplier management stores information about companies you hire equipment from - contact details, rates, and performance.


Viewing Suppliers

Navigate to Manage > Supplier Records.


Creating a Supplier

  1. Click Add Supplier
  2. Enter details:
    • Company name
    • Account reference
    • Primary contact
    • Email and phone
    • Address

Optional Details

  • Payment terms
  • Coverage areas
  • Minimum order value
  • Notes

Supplier Details

Each record includes:

  • Main Details: Name, reference, status
  • Contacts: People at the company
  • Rates: Their pricing to you
  • History: Orders placed

Actions

  • Edit: Update supplier details
  • Add Contact: New contact person
  • View Rates: See their pricing
  • View History: Past orders
