Viewing Suppliers
Navigate to Manage > Supplier Records.
Creating a Supplier
- Click Add Supplier
- Enter details:
- Company name
- Account reference
- Primary contact
- Email and phone
- Address
Optional Details
- Payment terms
- Coverage areas
- Minimum order value
- Notes
Supplier Details
Each record includes:
- Main Details: Name, reference, status
- Contacts: People at the company
- Rates: Their pricing to you
- History: Orders placed
Actions
- Edit: Update supplier details
- Add Contact: New contact person
- View Rates: See their pricing
- View History: Past orders
