Email Groups

Configure email sending settings.

Overview

Email Groups configure how the system sends emails - SMTP settings, templates, and sender details.


Setting Up SMTP

  1. Navigate to Settings > Email Groups
  2. Click Add Email Group
  3. Enter SMTP details:
    • Server address
    • Port
    • Username/password
    • From address

Testing

After setup:

  1. Click Test
  2. Enter test email address
  3. Verify email received

Multiple Groups

Create different groups for:

  • Contracts and quotes
  • Invoices
  • Marketing
  • Internal notifications
