User Management

Manage team members and permissions.

Overview

User Management controls who can access the system and what they can do.


Inviting Users

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Management
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter email address
  4. Select role/permissions
  5. Send invitation

User Roles

| Role | Access | |------|--------| | Admin | Full access, can manage users | | Manager | Most features, limited settings | | User | Standard operations | | Read Only | View only, no changes |


Managing Users

  • Edit: Change role or details
  • Deactivate: Revoke access
  • Reset Password: Send reset link
