Order Items

Manage your equipment catalog.

Overview

Order Items is your equipment catalog - all items available for hire with descriptions, rates, and specifications.


Viewing Items

Navigate to Manage > Order Items.


Adding Items

  1. Click Add Item
  2. Enter:
    • Stock number
    • Description
    • Category
    • Standard rates (daily/weekly/monthly)

Optional Details

  • Specifications
  • Weight
  • Dimensions
  • Image

Item vs Fleet

Order Items: What you can hire (catalog) Fleet: Specific assets you own (inventory)

An order item might have multiple fleet items (e.g., "19ft Scissor Lift" with 5 physical units).


Managing Items

  • Edit: Update details and rates
  • View: See full specifications
  • Deactivate: Remove from catalog without deleting
