Customer Contacts

Manage contact people for customers.

Overview

Store multiple contacts per customer - different people for orders, accounts, site access, etc.


Adding Contacts

  1. View customer record
  2. Click Contacts tab
  3. Click Add Contact
  4. Enter details:
    • Name
    • Job title
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Role/type

Contact Types

  • Primary: Main point of contact
  • Accounts: For invoices/payments
  • Site: On-site contact
  • Orders: For bookings

Managing Contacts

  • Edit: Update contact details
  • Set Primary: Make main contact
  • Delete: Remove contact

Using Contacts

When creating orders:

  • Select site contact for delivery
  • Invoices go to accounts contact
  • Reminders to appropriate person
