Overview
Store multiple contacts per customer - different people for orders, accounts, site access, etc.
Adding Contacts
- View customer record
- Click Contacts tab
- Click Add Contact
- Enter details:
- Name
- Job title
- Phone
- Role/type
Contact Types
- Primary: Main point of contact
- Accounts: For invoices/payments
- Site: On-site contact
- Orders: For bookings
Managing Contacts
- Edit: Update contact details
- Set Primary: Make main contact
- Delete: Remove contact
Using Contacts
When creating orders:
- Select site contact for delivery
- Invoices go to accounts contact
- Reminders to appropriate person
