Customer Rates

Overview

Customer rates allow different pricing per customer. Set up rate cards for categories or individual items.

Accessing Rates

1. View customer record
2. Click Rates tab
3. Or navigate to Manage > Customer Rates

Setting Up Rates

Category Rates

Apply to all items in a category:

1. Select category
2. Set daily/weekly/monthly rates
3. Save

Item Rates

Override for specific items:

1. Search for item
2. Set custom rate
3. Takes precedence over category rate

Rate Types

• Daily: Per day charge
• Weekly: Per week (usually 5 days)
• Monthly: Per month (usually 4 weeks)

Rate Hierarchy

System applies rates in order:

1. Item-specific customer rate (highest priority)
2. Category customer rate
3. Standard item rate (default)
